We aim to inspire positive change by recognising those who advocate for equality and by partnering with organisations committed to authentic allyship. Through our events and initiatives, we strive to do our part to help create a more inclusive society where LGBTQ+ individuals are empowered, respected, and valued.
InvestingIN LGBTQ+ supports organisations to move beyond symbolic LGBTQ+ inclusion and towards credible, business-led action. Through events, campaigns, thought leadership and recognition, we bring together employers, LGBTQ+ professionals and allies to share best practice, respond to the changing DEI landscape, and deliver inclusion that is relevant, intersectional and sustainable in the UK context.
