We’ve found a new location for our main SaFFlicks Film Festival!
After LFEST ended, we’ve had to look around for a new home. This comes with some benefits – such as choosing our own dates and location; but also challenges as this comes with increased costs and starting from scratch with funding.
We’ve found a fantastic location on the South East Coast of England – Quarterhouse in Folkestone, Kent. In the heart of Folkestone, Quarterhouse sits in the middle of the Creative Quarter, less than a minute from the trans-owned independent Folkestone Book Shop and in a town and county with a large LGBTQ+ population. We’re very excited!
The festival will take place in Folkestone on Sunday 12 November 2023, and then will be streaming virtually on Lesflicks between 13 and 30 November 2023.
